When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped 3-5 days after they are received.

When will my package arrive?
Please allow a max of 2-3 weeks for US orders to arrive. 

Do you do refunds or returns?
I generally cannot provide a refund and I cannot cancel your order if it has been shipped, but please contact me and I will try my best to work something out! :)
In the case of a lost order, please contact your local post office to open a claim.
